Excellence El Carmen (Adults Only) Hotel Punta Cana, Punta Cana

My stay at Excellence El Carmen was mostly enjoyable with a beautiful setting and friendly crew. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and well-kept, which I appreciated. However, I was put off by the odor issues and the presence of bugs in our suite. Overall, it's a lovely resort, but improvements in room maintenance would elevate the experience significantly.
